Dharma is such an important concept that, in Buddhism, the entire body of teachings that the Buddha put forth are often referred to as ‘the dharma’, as they hold firm to this essential way.
To follow dharma is live a life of virtue and to be in alignment with the core law that is the essence of all religions. When your thoughts and actions express this alignment with essential being, you follow the path of dharma and when you follow dharma, you are in harmony with the cosmos, nature and your own essential being. To follow dharma is to live a truly fulfilling life.
